Challenge #264

I hope everyone had a nice Easter.  I had a very pleasant one - even though the weather was more winter than spring!
Our photo this week is one I took yesterday of Elli's teddy bear after she left it out in the rain.   She and Finn (they are both dogs in case you did not know) tend to grab her stuffed toys and take them outside for a run...but they forget to bring them in. Notice the water stain on the deck.

On to our top 3 from challenge #262....
Here they are in no particular order:

And honourable mention goes to Patricia for this card:
Thanks to all who participated and a hearty "WooHoo!" to the winners.  Great cards from all!

Now for our challenge for this week, another great sketch from Kaylin with the optional theme   "Helping Hands".
And here are the  cards from the team:

Beautiful, ladies, and  VERY INSPIRATIONAL! I am positive that we will get lots of interest in this challenge.  Thanks so much for being on our team.

Remember everyone, that you have two weeks to enter and you can do it below  (with the linky) or on our Facebook page as a comment to the appropriate post.
Happy creating, all, and have a great week!

On to our top three from challenge #260 ---here they are in random order:

Great  cards, ladies!  I love how you each interpreted our sketch so differently.  Congrats to you and thanks to everyone who participated.

Our sketch this week is  another courtesy of Kaylin and our  OPTIONAL THEME  is  St. Pat's.   Our theme is there to give you a little nudge  if you are having a hard time getting started.

New Designers

Good evening everyone.  It appears I told you an untruth.  As one of the selected designers has not answered me yet, I am waiting until tomorrow morning to announce the new members of our team.

Challenge #260

Hello to everyone!
First, I want to thank everyone who has applied to join our design team.  I will do another post later today to let you know who has been selected.  I got some really great applications and have decided to add   two or three new team members.  Stay tuned until later today.

Our photo this week is of a pair of Bohemian Waxwings.  They have been coming in huge flocks to eat the apples left on our tree when winter came.

Our top three from challenge #258 are as follows:(in random order)

And honourable mention to...

Congratulations, ladies!  In truth, there were so many beautiful cards this week that it was like splitting hairs to choose. Thanks to all who entered.

Now, for this week's challenge:
(courtesy of Kaylin)
Our optional theme  is : In Like A Lamb Or A Lion?  Use it or not, it is up to you.
Here are the samples from our team:

Gorgeous, team!  and all so different from the others.  I am sure you will inspire our followers with such beautiful cards and have shown them lots of options for interpreting the sketch.
Remember, you have two weeks to complete your card and you can enter below or as a comment to our post on our Facebook page.  I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
Before I go, it makes me sad but Lynda has found it necessary to eave our design team as well.  She is just too busy to continue so let's all wish her the best.  But, on a happier note, Shell is rejoining our little group after a bit of an absence.  I cannot wait to show you her work!

P.S.  check back later today to see who is new to our team.
